- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 09, 2020, by John CiavaraWe initially had this Walgreens as our pharmacy. We changed to CVS because the pharmacy staff at Walgreens was almost always curt and dismissive. We found CVS to be much better service even though they have a much larger customer base. Our insurance changed our prescription plan in January. They now deal exclusively with Walgreens...much to our dismay. Since January, we have had three dealings with the Walgreens pharmacy. Just as in the past, we have been made to feel like we are interrupting their day. Add to this the very poor communication both in person and by phone and you have very unhappy customers.
